Using SA Coaches
SA Coaches connects coaches and sporting organisations. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, have authority to upload the content you provide, and use the service only for lawful professional purposes.
Coach profiles and publication
A coach profile is private by default. Choosing “Publish my professional profile” authorises SA Coaches to display and, where selected by the service, feature the professional fields identified beside that control. Publication may include the coach directory, profile pages, recommendations, availability listings and homepage features.
The permission is non-exclusive, limited to operating and promoting the SA Coaches marketplace, and continues only while publication is enabled. The coach may withdraw it by switching publication off. SA Coaches may moderate, unpublish or remove misleading, unsafe, unlawful or infringing content.
Private information and documents
CVs, supporting documents, direct contact information, exact addresses and dates of birth are not part of the published coach profile. Users must not attempt to discover, copy, disclose or misuse another person's private information. Application recipients may use application information only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
Children
Users must be at least 18 to authorise publication independently. Publication for a person under 18 requires confirmation from a competent parent or guardian. Providing false guardian information is prohibited.
Jobs, applications and conduct
You are responsible for your listings, applications and communications. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam, fraudulent opportunities and unlawful processing of personal information are prohibited. Accounts or content may be suspended while reported conduct is reviewed.
Tokens and payments
Token packs are processed by PayFast and credited only after verified payment. Token costs are shown before an action; deductions occur only when the action succeeds. Open conversations can continue without further message charges.
Purchased tokens are service credits, are not cash, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and remain subject to statutory consumer rights and the refund terms shown at purchase.
Privacy and intellectual property
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable South African law. You retain ownership of your content and grant only the limited permissions required to provide the service and honour your publication choice.
You may not scrape profiles, build independent databases from marketplace information, or use profile information for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, employment outcomes, or the accuracy, suitability or conduct of third-party users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
